Can I receive a rate and availability quote, or make a change to an existing reservation via e-mail?

A.

Reservation changes, along with a rate and availability quote, cannot be given via e-mail. For information or assistance, please contact the MGM Grand Hotel at 1-800-929-1111, (702) 891-1111 or (702) 891-7777. You may also contact us via fax at (702) 891-1030. How do I get from the airport to MGM Grand?

A.

For your convenience, MGM Grand offers room registration at McCarran Airport!

Our Airport Registration Desk is located in the south baggage claim area, near the bottom of the escalators descending from the C and D gates, next to carousel # 1 and 2. Shuttle service is available from 9:00am - 11:00pm. Porterage service is available 9:00am - 5:00pm Only. The rates are:

$8.00 One-Way (per person)
$15.00 Round Trip (per person)

One-Way Porterage includes luggage delivery to your room. (Available daily 9a-5p Only)
Independent companies provide taxi and Limousine service. Taxis can be found outside the baggage claim area. The approximate cost for one-way taxi is $15 for up to 5 people. CLS Limousine Service provides limo service for MGM Grand. Please contact CLS directly at (702) 740-4545 for additional details and prices.

Q.
How can I obtain a copy of my bill from a past stay? Who should I contact regarding a discrepancy on my bill?

A.

Please use our Guest Hotel Receipt Request form or contact our Customer Service Department directly at 1-800-646-9143 or (702) 891-3939 for assistance with your inquiry. Their hours of operation are 9:00am - 3:00pm PST Monday - Friday.

How can I get in contact with a guest staying at the MGM Grand Hotel?

A guest staying at the MGM Grand Hotel may be contacted through one of the following methods:

Messages will be assessed a flat $3.00 fee payable by guest.

What time is check-in / check-out?

A.

You may process your check-in anytime after your arrival. Your room will be ready after 3:00 pm. Please store your luggage, at no charge, with the Bell Desk until that time. Check-out is 11 am. We are not able to determine the availability and rate of a late checkout prior to the day of departure. If a late checkout is available, we may be able to extend your check-out time until noon for no additional fee. You may also pay for a half-day rate and receive a later check-out of 6:00 pm.

Does the MGM Grand Hotel offer an on-site Business Center to assist guests with personal and business needs?

A.

Our business center is open 6:00am - 9:00pm, Monday Friday, and 7:00am - 7:00pm, Saturday Sunday. Services provided include:

  • DROP OFF ITEMS
    Provided for hotel guests only. Only non-valuable items will be accepted. Items not accepted include: Keys, Tickets, Jewelry and Electronics.
  • FAXING
  • PHONE CARDS
  • PHOTOCOPIES (Black & White only)
  • RENTALS
    Cellular phones, Computers, Copiers, Fax Machines, Printers, Workstations.
  • RETAIL
    Boxes, Notepads, Pens, Scissors, Tape, etc.

  • SHIPPING & RECEIVING
    Federal Express, United States Postal Service, and UPS.
    Pick-up and delivery at any MGM location, guest must be present. Handling fees are assessed for each incoming and outgoing package and are based on weight of the package.
  • INTERNET
    Internet Access: America Online also available

    High-Speed Internet Access
    24-hour self-service features such as High-Speed Internet access and faxing capabilities
  • DELIVERIES
    Package deliveries occur between the hours of 6:30am and 8pm. We deliver anywhere in the hotel.

What type of amenities are included in your rooms?

A.

All of our rooms include the following amenities: Hair dryers, irons and ironing boards. Coffee makers are not included, however you may arrange for fresh coffee to be delivered to your room at a specified time by calling Room Service the night before. All accommodations offer High-Speed Internet access. Pricing for this service is $13.99 per laptop, per room for 24 hours.

Does your hotel offer a workout facility?

A.

Workouts are a pleasure in our state-of-the-art gym which includes cardiovascular and weight equipment, steam room, sauna, whirlpools, and showers. It is yours to enjoy with a T-shirt, shorts, robe, sandals, soft oversized towels, toiletries, fruits and juices, as well as lockers, safety deposit boxes, and a TV lounge. Workout facility fees are $25 for hotel guests, per day. Non-hotel guests can take advantage of the facilities Monday Thursday for only $30 per day. The Spa offers many additional services such as fitness, stress relief, skin care, facials, massages, manicures, and spa packages.

Does MGM Grand offer free parking for hotel guests?

A.

For your convenience, we offer free self-parking in our Main Parking Garage, as well as Valet Parking. We unfortunately do not offer oversized parking. The nearest RV Park is located at The Circus Circus Hotel (702)794-3757

Does your hotel provide wheelchairs?

A.

We have both wheelchairs and motorized scooters available for MGM Grand guests, depending upon availability at check-in. There is no charge for wheelchairs, however a credit card must be provided as a deposit. Wheelchairs can be used off property. Scooters may be rented at the following rates:

Does your hotel offer room accommodations for the physically challenged?

A.

MGM does offer room accommodations for the physically challenged with amenities ranging from roll-in showers to bathroom handrails. Please contact MGM Grand Reservations at 1-888-646-1203 or (702) 891-7777 for additional information.

How many guests do you allow per room?

A.

Hotel policy allows a maximum of (4) guests over the age of 12, and (1) guest 12 or younger per room. If there are more than 2 people, regardless of age, there will be an additional charge of $30.00 per additional guest, per night.

Does MGM Grand Hotel allow pets?

A.

We are sorry, but pets are not allowed on property, with the exception of assistance animals (those needed to assist the physically challenged ). If you should require information on boarding kennels, please call MGM Grand Reservations at 1-888-646-1203 or (702) 891-7777.

Does MGM Grand Hotel have a Wedding Chapel?

A.

Can I pre-arrange to have flowers or a bottle of champagne sent to a guest room prior to their arrival?

A.

You may order flowers from our Floral Department or an item from our amenities line of Room Service, such as Dipped Strawberries & Chocolate with Champagne, Ethel M Chocolates, Fruit Baskets, or a Fruit & Cheese basket with wine. Orders to be placed upon guest check-in are requested a minimum of 1-2 days prior to guest arrival. Can I join your Players Club prior to my arrival?

A.

You may join Players Club in person at the Players Club Desk or online at playersclub.com. Simply present valid picture ID at the Players Club Desk and you'll receive your Players Club card on the spot.
