• Balvenie Doublewood 12 yr. old
  A smooth and mellow single malt of beautifully combined flavors—nutty sweetness, cinnamon spiciness and a delicately proportioned layer of sherry with a long and warming finish.
• Oban 14 yr. old
  This whisky comes from the Western Highlands district and is very smooth and warming with a hint of peat and seaweed, yet medicinal and dry. It has a deep golden color and the finish is smooth satisfying smoke.
• Balvenie 21 yr. old Port Wood Finish.
  A welcomed addition to the Balvenie line. It expresses the distillery's signature richness and honey notes. The extra aging provides depth and dryness which dovetails nicely with port notes, turning nutty and dry on the finish.
• Glenlivet 18 yr. old
  Light or pale gold in color, the nose is aromatic with flowers. It is clean and well-balanced, but mild and warming with a trace of peat at the end.
• Glenmorangie Sherry Wood Finish
  This Glenmorangie has spent a much longer period of time maturing in casks that previously held sherry. The taste is full-bodied, rich and creamy with flavors of nuts and dried fruit. The lingering finish has a hint of toffee.
• Glenmorangie Port Wood Finish
  This whisky has been matured in American white oak casks before being 'finished' in a specially selected port pipe. It has a rich texture and long aftertaste with hints of butterscotch and dark chocolate.
• Glenmorangie Nectar D'OR
  The Nectar D'Or is Glenmorangie's delicious, complex base spirit that, after a minimum of 10 years in ex-bourbon casks, is then extra matured in special hand selected Sauternes wine barriques. This makes it rich and sumptuous with a heady, luscious, beguiling spectrum of aromatic patisserie desserts that helps create a memorable occasion whenever it is enjoyed.
• Glenmorangie 25 yr. old
  Glenmorangie 25 yr. old has an attractive deep gold color and is warm and enticing. The eighteen years spent maturing reveal themselves in a malt of exceptional quality. The bouquet is very full, round and perfumed with nutty, caramel and vanilla overtones. The feel is smooth and silky. The taste is fine, full flavored and subtle.
• Bowmore 12 yr. old
  This single malt Scotch whisky has a warm gold color and a palate that is smoky, balanced by honey sweetness, chocolate, pear, and citrus bouquet. The finish is long and satisfying.
• Lagavulin 16 yr. old
  The color is dark amber with burnt gold highlights. The palate is strong, a little dry with a trace of sweetness as well as a smoky peat and smooth finish.
• Ardbeg Uigeadail
  A fine drop of Ardbeg bottled at cask strength. A marriage of Ardbeg from bourbon barrels which gives a sweet and smoky finish to this malt. Uigeadail is the loch from which all Ardbeg water flows
• Lagavulin Distiller's Edition
  Lagavulin Distiller's Edition is a vintage, which means that it has been distilled in a specific year. The age is usually 16 years plus a few months in the sherry casks. Amber in colour with hints of raisins, dark chocolate and peat, it is full flavoured with intense smoke, sherry and dried fruit. The finish is long and dry.
• Talisker 10 yr. old
  This whisky has a full gold and bright appearance and the flavor is full bodied. The primary taste is sweet and salty with a powerful peat-smoke ‘catch' in the finish.
• Talisker Distiller's Edition
  The wonderful bouquet includes scents of seaweed, smoke, peat, iodine, kippers, and pipe tobacco. The palate entry is briny and intense; the mid-palate is oily with traces of anise, butterscotch and linseed oil. The finish is vibrant.
• Macallan Sherry Oak 12 yr. old
  The color of this sherry oak single malt is rich gold. The palate is deliciously smooth with rich dried fruit and sherry, balanced with wood.
• Macallan Fine Oak 10 yr. old
  The unique combination of bourbon and sherry oak casks produced a particularly smooth, delicate and light whisky. The color of this single malt is pale straw, and the palate is soft, with a maltiness, balanced with oak and fruit.
• Dalwhinnie 15 yr. old
  The color of this 15 year old whisky is full gold and the flavor is smooth and somewhat waxy as well as tangy, mouth drying and easy to drink. The finish is mulchy and grassy but holds the flavor well.
• Macallan Fine Oak 15 yr. old
  The unique combination of bourbon and sherry oak casks produced a particularly smooth, delicate and light whisky. The color of this single malt is rich straw and the palate is intense rich chocolate, with hints of orange and raisins.
• Macallan Fine Oak 17 yr. old
  Yellow amber color. Roasted nut, buttered caramel, and allspice aromas. A supple entry leads to a dry-yet-fruity medium-to full-bodied palate with chocolate covered dates, caramel, and lavish brown spices. Finishes with a nice sweet clover honey, pepper, and ashy mineral fade.
• Macallan Sherry Oak 18 yr. old
  Voted best whisky in the world by Whisky Magazine in 2004. Winner of Gold Medal at the International Spirits Challenge awards. The color of this 18 year old, matured whisky is light mahogany. The palate is built with rich dried fruit, spice, and clove, orange, and wood smoke. The finish is full of dried fruits and sweet toffee, with a hint of ginger and wood smoke.
• Macallan Fine Oak 21 yr. old
  The unique combination of bourbon and sherry oak casks produced a particularly smooth, delicate and light whisky. The color of this whisky is light amber and the palate is soft, rich and spicy with hints of oranges and peat.
• Macallan Sherry Oak 25 yr. old
  Rated 100 out of 100 by the Beverage Institute of Chicago in 1999. This sublime spirit enjoys a cult following at some of the finest bars in the world. Winner of the Gold Medal at the International Spirits Challenge awards. The color of this single malt is rich mahogany. The palate is full and rich, with dried fruit and wood smoke. The finish is long, with dried fruit, wood smoke and spice.
• Macallan Millennium 55 yr. old
  This limited 55 year old aged single malt whisky is definitely one of the best offered by Macallan. The Scotch has been described as dark rosewood in color with aromatic notes of exotic, sweet dried fruit and a hint of peat-smoke. The finish is wonderfully soft, smooth and spicy with lingering touches of citrus. The Macallan distillery only produced 420 individually numbered bottles of the 55-year-old Scotch, and it only made 100 of those bottles available for distribution to the United States.
