We offer a wide array of office equipment for rental including computers, laptops, printers, fax machines and professional grade copiers. Please feel free to download our equipment form and price sheet. A credit card must be provided at the time of the request. Incoming Packages

Incoming Packages

Receiving:
All incoming packages shipped to guests are processed and maintained at the corresponding Business Center location. To avoid delays it is important to schedule shipping so that packages arrive at the MGM Business Center 2-3 days before the recipient needs the package. Once a package is processed a text message will be left on the guest's room. The below handling fees are assessed per package based on weight.

Shipping:
Shipping services are available through the Business Center for Federal Express and UPS. All outgoing shipments must have an MGM shipping form completed and signed before processing. All shipments must be received by 2:30 p.m. for same business day shipping Monday through Friday, and by 11:00 a.m. on Saturdays. Any parcel or freight received after the times listed above will be shipped the next business day. The below handling fees will apply in addition to shipping costs. If using your own account we accept Federal Express, UPS and DHL. Only handling fees will apply.

Inbound/Outbound Processing Fees:
The Business Center charges a handling fee based on the weight of each package.

0-15 lbs. – $7.00
16-30 lbs. – $14.00
31-50 lbs. – $21.00
51-75 lbs. – $28.00
76-99 lbs. – $40.00
100+ lbs. – $0.75 per lb.

Shipping Procedures:
Depending on where your event is being held, please ship all materials to one of the addresses below. Please do not end to the CSM's attention.

For events held at the Conference Center or Pool address to:

Both Business Centers will gladly store conference materials & packages that arrive within 5 days of your conference. A daily storage fee will be applied of $5.00 per box or $30.00 per pallet thereafter.
